Our client, a leading international IT Vendor wanted to implement a planning process to gain agreement on targets with all their key partners. Targets were ambitious but realistic were to be agreed by both parties through Joint Business Plans. The vendor wanted Partner Account Managers to be responsible for the worldwide programme of planning however realised that they would need additional skills to effectively manage this process.

Demuto designed a bespoke, 3 stage training programme combining classroom training, one to one reviews and analysis of performance using our proven Strategic Workshop Programme at it's foundations.

Over a period of two months we trained 128 Account Managers in 7 locations in the Middle East, Africa and Mediterranean regions. Three months later we delivered one-to-one coaching using the Joint Business Plans developed so far. We then analysed trends so that Regional Managers could continue the coaching process at the end of the programme

97% of attendees gave positive feedback regarding the content, 100% gave positive feedback regarding the quality of the trainers and the training process. 100% of attendees said that they would have no hesitation attending future courses run by Demuto
