Recognised in EMEA as one of the leading Services Distributors Bell Micro offered unique services to the channel including pre and post sales consultancy, graduate recruitment, renewals management and services development.

Since forming Demuto Antony has been engaged by many of the world’s leading Vendors, Distributors and Resellers across EMEA to provide strategic advice and facilitation services at C Level.

Antony is married with a daughter and lives near Warrington in North West England. He is a qualified UK Athletics Coach and helps to organise local runs and charity events. He is also an approved Business Mentor for The Prince’s Trust working with young people to help them establish their own businesses

Starting his career in internal sales nearly 20 years ago, Ben has subsequently worked in a variety of sales and commercial roles within product businesses including more than 10 years in IT services businesses in the channel (predominantly with IT Professional Services and Contract Renewals).

Ben’s experience spans working with and for, a range of companies from starts ups to multinational organisations. In his last corporate role Ben led the UK services business Avnet a $25bn global Distributor and has worked through a series of mergers and acquisitions learning first-hand about the importance of change management.

Ben studied International Business with Italian in Sheffield and has a particular interest in the cross-border complexity of managing business

With over 15 years of leadership within the IT Channel Colin delivers extensive know-how to enable organisations to tackle the challenges of today’s market place head on. Colin specialises in three specific areas of; Strategic Programme Development, Company & Team Integration and Creating Stellar Performing People.

He draws upon best practice gained from roles within the reseller and distribution community as well as those skills gained from The London Business School where he is an alumni of the highly acclaimed Senior Executive Programme. He is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and trained with Richard Bandler, the co-creator of this science.

For the past 5 years he has fulfilled Executive roles across EMEA and has worked extensively with US based companies.

Colin is married to Karen and is father to 3 children. He loves good food and great wine and is a supporter of Blackburn Rovers Football Club

Ian has worked for over 30 years in the ICT sector, holding positions in the US, Japan, Korea and most European countries. He has held several Board level positions for both UK and US listed companies, culminating in becoming President of a £1.3 billion European Distribution Company owned by a NASDAQ listed parent.

Ian regularly speaks at Industry events related to ICT channels and technology and is currently working with several organisations of varying sizes to help with in the evolution of their strategy.

Ian’s His core belief is that people make businesses successful and a mixture of good strategy, hard work and great execution will build trust and long-term relationships with Partners.
